as we get smarter
I was chatting with one of my friends recently.
As we become more educated, our lessons/learnings seem very interestingly apparent to the average person. I.e., it feels that as we develop insight and can recognize the nuances and details of something, we ultimately come to a conclusion that feels exceptionally logical.
A good case of this is in organizational psychology. I think back to my recently completed management class on teamwork and find that the entire framework we learn seems very obvious. I recognize there are levels to this. There are plenty of details/nuances about teamwork, let's say, that don't get revealed when the purpose of a class is to be generally, not deeply, educated.
Perhaps I'm finding a general issue with the way typical education systems are.
